Davis Cup Comes to Birmingham!

Get your game face on.  The U.S. vs. Switzerland Davis Cup match will be played at the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center March 6-8, 2009.  The concerted efforts of Gene Hallman's Alabama Sports Foundation, the Rick & Bubba radio show and tennis fanatics from around the state have pulled off the improbable...Roger Federer, Andy Roddick, James Blake and the Bryan Brothers playing in Birmingham!  And a world wide audience will be viewing as Alabama hosts the Davis Cup for the first time ever.  Show your support for tennis, Alabama and the U.S. Davis Cup squad by attending this once in a lifetime event.  Tickets go on sale in mid-January.  Check www.usta.com for more information.
