To Play Successful Doubles
What you need to do:
*The Basics (these never change regardless of level)
1) Be Balanced- before opponents hit ball (physically and mentally)
2) Move to Ball- after opponents hit ball, move to hit it
3) Stay Calm- focus only on the ball
4) Hit ball over net
5) Hit ball inside lines
6) Hit ball back in same direction (80% of the time)
7) Stay positive and encourage your partner
8) Get first serve in (even if you have to hit it slower)
9) Get your return in play
What you want to do:
1) Hit winners
2) Win matches
